Awesome service from Bret Martin I have always regretted buying new or used cars because I always feel like I have been taken advantage of. This time was different. Brett Martin made I have always regretted buying new or used cars because I always feel like I have been taken advantage of. This time was different. Brett Martin made our experience with buying a used car an amazing experience. My daughter was in a bad wreck in her car and was a total loss. We came looking for affordable car and something that would protect her like the first car did. We did not have a lot of money and was very fearful that we could not replace it. Brett assured us that we could mind something that would work. He work for awhile and then called us back and said I have a great deal on used car that I think is exactly what you are looking for. So we came in and made the deal and we were done in no time. This was the most pleasant experience I had ever buying a car. He did not try to over sake us but found us what we were looking for and in our budget. Brett will be our salesman from now on in any car I buy in the future. I just want to say thank you for hiring men of integrity over money. Thank you Brett!!! More

Good prices, great service HONEST My family was in the market for a Toyota Sequoia (replacing one that had just been totaled in an accident). I looked online and found maybe 20 within My family was in the market for a Toyota Sequoia (replacing one that had just been totaled in an accident). I looked online and found maybe 20 within 40 miles of the DFW area. The best value, by far was at Classic of Texoma in Denison. I called, spoke with Ted, who was willing to go out in the rain to check on a feature I was curious about. I called around to other dealers and individual sellers and kept coming back to the conversation I had with Ted. I drove up to Denison the next day test drove the vehicle. It was just as described. We ended up agreeing on a price lower than was quoted me on the phone (but not much lower, because the car was already a stellar deal.) The dealership was even willing to deliver the car to the house (45 miles away) the next day as I didn't have a way to get it back when I purchased it. Overall, a fantastic experience and a GREAT price. Two weeks later the battery on the car went dead. Turns out the inspection the dealership did on the car had been done in July when the car came to them. I bought it 3 months later. The battery went bad somewhere in the process. I called Classic of Texoma, explained what had happened. The manager checked the maintenance records and said that it had been looked over, but had been done several months before. EVEN THOUGH I did not purchase a warranty, the manager tells me he wants to reimburse me for the cost of the battery. Today I received a check in the mail for $161. I couldn't ask for better service than that. This was the car purchase experience we all want, a considerate, honest salesman, a good price, good produce and a company that will go the extra mile (at their expense) to make sure we are taken care of. Well done Classic of Texoma. More
Broken Promises, how much time do you have? Eric's Classic experience is no different than any other car dealership. I wouldn't have even considered buying it, if I hadn't been PROMISED it would be professionally treated to make it not stink. We agreed to purchase a van that had a strong cigarette odor. The salesman said they had a contractor that would come in and promised the odor would be gone. The van had been cleaned, but was not clean enough to be passed on as a detailed product. We were promised it would be detailed, too. We were suppose to be given a vehicle to drive home that day and come back in a few days to get the van we agreed to purchase. Next, we were escorted to another building to pay (with cash), and complete the paperwork We waited about 45 minutes. Upon inquiring how much longer this was going to take, we were told not long. Fifteen minutes later, we finally got to do paperwork and pay for our vehicle. Then, more sitting...finally led back to the main building, assuming we would be getting the loaner vehicle and going home. More waiting.... 2 hours after we agreed on a vehicle and terms we were told, "Your van is being detailed and an odor removal spray is being applied. Just a little longer and you can leave in your new vehicle." Well, this is not what we agreed to, but by now we are tired and hungry and just want to go home. After a total of 3 hours we were on our way home with a van that had been SATURATED with an air freshener product. And, later we found, still had sticky candy cane, coins, and beer bottle caps in the back. We were given a different can of spray stuff to use (in case the air freshener didn't work). The next day and $20,000 dollars later, and we can't breath in our van! Gave it a week. Can still smell the air freshener from 5 feet away! Made an appointment to get the odor treatment we were supposed to get in the first place. Drove our van back to Classic (a 40 mile trip), left it there for 3 days. Picked it up on Thursday. Salesman that promised to fill the gas tank (for our time and trouble) wasn't there, nor was the tank fllled. Van doesn't smell any better than it would, had it been sitting in my garage with the windows down for 3 days. It hadn't been vacuumed. Don't you usually vacuum a vehicle/carpet you're trying to get an odor out of? We stopped by our daughter"s house on the way home. I got out and hugged my granddaughter. She said "Nana, you smell like your van!" And then, to top it off, when we went to get it tagged and titled in our name, we were told we couldn't because there was still a lien on the van. Upon calling Classic we were told, oops, I forgot to include the lien release. She did offer to have someone bring the release to the tag agent. My husband didn't want to sit there for an hour, so he asked her to just mail it. Another wasted trip and time. Mistakes happen. That wouldn't have been so bad if it hadn't followed all the other mistreatment. I'm not giving Classic another chance to lie, make promises they will not keep, and waste my time. So disappointed and frustrated. More
Great car buying experience at Classic of Texoma Just purchased a 2016 Camry at Classic of Texoma from Dee Johnson. It was a very pleasant experience and she found the car that just suited us. We fel Just purchased a 2016 Camry at Classic of Texoma from Dee Johnson. It was a very pleasant experience and she found the car that just suited us. We felt no pressure and she was knowledgeable and helpful on all the options and capabilities of the new technology that we had not been exposed to. We usually dread going to the finance office for the unpleasant task of paying for the car and having to sit through all the info on warranties, etc. Beau surprised us by informing us thoroughly but quickly. It was quite painless and we even bought the extended warranty, which we rarely do! We have already sent friends to Dee and they purchased a new car from her also! Something good going on here! More

My wife and I were ignored for 5 minutes by Kyle (the parts guy) and the receptionist while he went on a loud, profane rant about the incompetence of his co workers. After his first use of the "F" word t parts guy) and the receptionist while he went on a loud, profane rant about the incompetence of his co workers. After his first use of the "F" word the receptionist whispered that we were standing there and he responded, without turning around,"I don't care." Only after we opened the door to leave did ask if we needed help. Kyle's superior, Mike Books, was not very interested in or concerned about how his employees were treating customers, but made a point to tell me that I was "intimidating" and "scary." Mr. Books superior, Drew Burk, who is part owner, seemed mildly amused by the whole thing. He refused to make Kyle admit to and apologize for his behavior saying that "it wouldn't be sincere anyway." It was the most unprofessional display I have witnessed in my 52yrs. Don't subject your wives/daughters/grandaughters or mothers to this place. There are a lot of Toyota dealerships where you won't have to put up with this kind of vulgar unprofessionalism. More
We bought a 2008 Lexus RX 400h with 34,000 miles for $30,871 and being first time Lexus buyers asked questions about fuel mileage stating from the beginning that fuel economy was our goal. We were told $30,871 and being first time Lexus buyers asked questions about fuel mileage stating from the beginning that fuel economy was our goal. We were told very fuel efficient since Hybrid and would get 24 on hwy and 34 in city. After the purchase, we pulled up on the car computer that average fuel usage was only 17 miles per gallon. We decided to fill up and track tank of gas but when opening the fuel tank cover, read that it requires premium fuel. We called the salesperson, Tedd Lynn and told him we were not told this and did not want to keep the vehicle. We bought the vehicle 9/12/12 and returned to dealership 9/13/12 (24 hours later). Ted reassured us, they would work with us and make it right. We didn't find another used vehicle we liked so were sent to new car lot to meet with Dennis, "partner" of Ted. We found a camry that we liked and began the deal. The sales manager of the toyota new lot took the Lexus to the used car lot salesmanager and came back with the offer to give us $24,000 for the vehicle we paid $30,871 for the day before without any reduction off camry sticker price. This was very wrong and shows how greedy this dealership is. Beware: You will not get Customer satisfaction at this dealership. We sought legal advice and our attorney pointed out that the contract was never signed by the sales manager. We are debating whether or not to take legal action. Again, DON'T GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP IF YOU WANT A FAIR INFORMED DEAL! More
