We had seen the TV advertisements for classic texoma and felt they were honest and made us feel relaxed and comfortable enough to go there looking for our car. We knew we were limited in what selections we could afford, but our sales person, big Mike!, Reassured us that we probably could work something out for our benefit. He was right! We didn't even have to go around looking at the car lot, because we knew what we could afford and so he pulled it up on the computer and bingo! We found it on the computer, they drove it up to the front door and that was the one. From start to finish big Mike explained everything very thoroughly and simply and left nothing unanswered. We enjoyed the conversation with him, had some coffee and popcorn, and we were on the road before you knew it. Big Mike I have bought many new vehicles over the years. 3 were locally and a few not so local. I can tell you from the experiences that I have had dealing wit I have bought many new vehicles over the years. 3 were locally and a few not so local. I can tell you from the experiences that I have had dealing with salesman some not so pleasant. One lead to an altercation because the salesman wouldn’t give my keys to my trade in back before the deal was done. Needless to say I bought a diesel pickup at another dealership and never dealt with that dealership again. Big Mike was by far the best salesman I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He is definitely an asset to Classic Toyata. When the time comes, I will definitely be contacting Big Mike. More
