Dave told me what was found and we discussed what needeyto be done. I ended up with two new front tires and an alignment. We have purchased several vehicles at this location; however, this is our first under the realm of the current Classic ownership. We have to give credit where it is due and boast that this was by far the most efficient and easiest purchase we have made even though the car of our choice had to be brought in from a different dealership. We had paid off a 2014 Camry in January 2019 and were looking forward to not having a payment for a while. However, we received a promotional offer in the mail boasting Classic's ability to "upgrade to a newly redesigned and enhanced 2019 Toyota Camry XLE with $0 cash out of pocket###--and pay $77 less than you previously paid." It sounded too good to be true; however, I had to check it out. Anyway, fast forward to the fact that Classic really did it. We added taxes, tag, etc., plus an extended warranty and our payment is still a few dollars less than we previously paid. So, win for us! All personnel with whom we worked, Tucker Hardaway, Brett Martin, Nancy Roberts, and Todd Black were very personable yet professional in their duties and presentations.
