The service department is of late overwhelmed. Was there for 30 minutes for service and no one came to ask if we needed any help. Most attendants were just walking up and down and ignoring three cars lined for 30 minutes for service and no one came to ask if we needed any help. The Nissan Rogue SL AWD is what brought us to Classic Nissan of Texoma and Davion Quinn is what kept us there. I spent a little over a month contacting dealerships in the Louisiana/Arkansas/Texas area -- Nissan of Texoma and Davion Quinn is what kept us there. I spent a little over a month contacting dealerships in the Louisiana/Arkansas/Texas area -- speaking with 9 salesmen from all different dealerships and ultimately finding myself disappointed and frustrated with the lack of quality customer service. Davion was a breath of fresh air. There were no games/gimmicks, no hidden dealer add-ons. Davion kept it straight forward and was 100% the reason we sealed the deal. We made the 3.5hr drive to the dealership from Louisiana and everything was seamless. The vehicle was ready for us - detailed with a full tank of gas - when we arrived.
