I bought a new 4 runner and it has been a paper work nightmare! I lived out of state when purchased and had to actually explain to them how to do it, they printed off the correct paper work that I had t nightmare! I lived out of state when purchased and had to actually explain to them how to do it, they printed off the correct paper work that I had to hand write in my mailing address and the lien holder info ...then they charge me for the correct fees for my state...then mail me the title app and the actual manufactures statement of Origin...So they take the money for fees the send me the paperwork with out a check , so if they would of sent to the DMV they would of not processed it. I got mad and after 4 days of their messaging the GSM called and I explained my situation and he says they dont ail anything out with our perfecting the title..well my state doesn't do it that way so he lied to me . My salesperson was great but this has been the worst after sales experience I have ever have had. Hack even today I reached out and haven't heard back. I guess I cant get to mad because this is how car dealerships work , I expect this from joes used cars or something but a Toyota dealership?? I could keep going but want to say don't go there for a new car purchase unless they are the only ones with the car you want and then just bring in a sales manager and a finance manger from another dealership to help! More

Worked with Yvonne on a vehicle that they sold the day prior. Their dealership is 90 miles from my house. She was honest and up front and did not try to bait and switch me into driving all the way there prior. Their dealership is 90 miles from my house. So refreshing to have an honest person representing a dealership for a change. If I ever have a future need then I will reach out to them again. More
