This dealership has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. We made the mistake of buying a vehicle through them. The salesman we worked with was great but that is where the good service have ever experienced. We made the mistake of buying a vehicle through them. The salesman we worked with was great but that is where the good service stopped. Everyone was so rude. They made so many mistakes on my finance paperwork that ended up costing me money because I had to track down the correct title work since they incorrectly filed it. The main boss is an absolute idiot and completely rude and is the stereotypical car lot sales guy not in a positive light. When trying to get our vehicle service since we bought a service protection plan it was impossible to get an appointment with them nobody would return our emails or phone calls we ended up having to go to a different dealership. The new dealership told us that we should have had our services done 5,000 miles ago even though classic of texoma told us that we were not do for them until 10,000 miles. I would never purchase a vehicle from them again. More

This was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. The car was the price I saw online. The only dealer add was tinted windows which I was fine with.
