Dream experience for my dream car! I have know Adam Cince for over a decade. I have worked for him for a lot of that time. When he moved to Terrell I was bummed. Off to a terrible start I contacted this dealership to inquire about a used vehicle and was told that it was still available. I verified this with the salesman Stetson and h I contacted this dealership to inquire about a used vehicle and was told that it was still available. I verified this with the salesman Stetson and he discussed with his manager. He told me that he would give me a travel credit toward the vehicle if I made the trip to see it. I verified this twice before traveling. After a 3.5 hour drive I showed up at the dealership to be told that the vehicle was not there and It was sold yesterday. I was later told by the pre-owned vehicle manager that it was loaned out to a customer. The whole thing was a cluster! I was then told that it was my fault because I didn’t notify them that I was for sure coming to look at the vehicle. Really? Dealing with the pre-owned side was the worst experience I have ever had from a salesman or Manager. The only reason I purchased a vehicle was due to Jay and Will going the extra mile to try and make things right for me and my wife. They did everything possible to help out with a bad situation to the point that others appeared to resent that. These two guys saved the day for my experience and made me a good deal on a comparable new vehicle. More
