One of the best dealer experiences I have ever had. Our salesman, David Barrera, was great. He was patient with us throughout the process. The sales manager, Will Johnson, was great as well. Both of them stayed after hours to help us close the deal. No back and forth outrageous negotiations; just honest and straightforward. They gave us the best price within a 2 hour radius. No suprise charges or overpriced dealer add-ons like a lot of other dealers. I was out of finance in less than 15 minutes. Overall great experience. More

Air bag recall 2015 Wrangler JK taken in for passenger air bag recall. Air bag light was on previous to being taken to dealership and I assumed this was due to the r 2015 Wrangler JK taken in for passenger air bag recall. Air bag light was on previous to being taken to dealership and I assumed this was due to the recall . Upon completion I went to pick up my vehicle and air bag light was still on. Asked Edwin why it was still on and all he told me was it was in only for the recall. They would have to diagnose it to determine why. So they knowingly let me leave in a vehicle that could have air bags that malfunction in a collision. They could have simply taken an additional 30 minutes and at least found the problem and then communicate the cost of the repair to me. I would have had the work done at their dealership. I will NEVER visit this dealership again. I will drive the additional 15 plus miles to go to Dallas Dodge. More

Best car buying experience in the last 23 years. Platinum advertised the best deals and bypassed most all the haggling. Very professional and curtious salesman David took care of my wife and I. He listened to what we wanted and found exactly that without trying to push us in to something the dealership wanted to sale. Other dealerships told us no way they could honor those prices but Platinum did! The whole process was faster than any other car buying experience I have ever done. (I've bought 6 other new cars) We were in and out in 2.5 hours. I would highly recommend Platinum to anyone who is not only looking for the best deals around with upfront pricing and awesome Saleman (David).
