Unfortunately, due to your aftermarket service contract company there were additional delays while they sourced and shipped us aftermarket or used parts to install which is all that was covered by the service contract. I understand all of this. I am saying your company's only option for extended warranty was YOUR Aftermarket service company. This is a inferior company AND that Platinum Chevrolet should have offered us a loaner. My son is stuck with this lemon of a truck and will have to use your company in the future to fix stuff but I'll never use your company for cars again.
