We searched for over a month , visited many dealers , varying brands, and felt that White Plains Buick and Ed Herman were the most " real " dealership. By that I mean, if Ed did not know an answer, he sa varying brands, and felt that White Plains Buick and Ed Herman were the most " real " dealership. Poor quality service work, deceptive sales tactics, and lack of ethics make this place undeserving of any stars, if that were an option. If you are looking for an honest quote on auto work to be done, this lack of ethics make this place undeserving of any stars, if that were an option. Unless your vehicle is still covered by warranty, avoid White Plains GMC- they will definitely try to rip you off, particularly if they think you do not know anything about cars.
