Best car dealership experience I have ever had! This was a totally different buying car experience than any I have ever had. Andy took my call about a car they had posted on the Platinum website. This was a totally different buying car experience than any I have ever had. Andy took my call about a car they had posted on the Platinum website. He described the car (as it turns out, accurately). I told him I wanted it subject to a pre-purchase inspection, and we agreed on a fair price promptly with no haggling. He recommended an excellent Porsche shop to inspect it, and held the car for me until the results came back. We addressed the minor issues from the inspection, Andy arranged financing and delivery, and the car was mine a few days later. The car was absolutely as represented, no surprises. Buying cars for me has previously been a very unpleasant experience, with me feeling like the dealer is trying to cheat me any way possible. Platinum was honest and straightforward. There was no hassle and no shenanigans. I would not hesitate to send my daughter or son there alone to buy a car. More
