Me and my wife would only imagine that we would be owning our very own super car we would only talk about how awesome it would be to one day have one, it has always been my dream. On our days off work I’d tell my wife "lets go look at Lambos at dealerships”, joking around but with hopes that we would have one one day. In January 2019 we saw a stunning white Gallardo for sale at carguru from Platinum Autohaus so we went on new years day, being a holiday they were closed so we peeked through the window and already loved the car! We decided to come back on our next day off work to see if this Lambo could be the one, we live in Victorville an hour and 45 mins away, so we came back a few days later and unfortunately the car was sold we were very sad to hear we didn’t get a chance at it, so we stayed for a while talking to Kevin and he was very kind showing us other Lambos, Ferraris, etc but we really liked the white Gallardo, Kevin tells us “you never know there will be something better in the future for you guys”. 2 months passed of constantly checking online to see if any more white Gallardos would get posted until finally we saw the most beautiful upgraded 1 of 10 in the world Gallardo!!! In the world! The 2012 Gallardo LP560-4 Bianco Rosso, I told my wife look I showed her on my phone look they got another one and its MORE THAN PERFECT it is white and slight red contrast being 1 of 10 Gallardos representing Japans flag built for the 45th anniversary of Lamborghini imports , “we can not believe THIS!" we said so we hoped on our car and ran over to go see the car in person we get there right before they close and we greet and meet Alex and immediately I ask him if they still have the white Gallardo and he says yes!!! But the car wasn’t there at the moment for us to actually see it because it was getting cleaned. So Alex invites us in to his office and asks if we want drinks or snacks, very kind! We start asking him if there is anyway we could finance the Lambo. He then talks to us about the financing ways how much are we wanting to put down and if it is even possible for us to get the car since we have never financed a car of that kind of value before, Alex and Andy were both there working after-hours helping us to figure out what we can do, both so so helpful! Then the next day we send them all our information as requested and the banks response was that they couldn’t finance us for such a high amount therefore we would have to come up with a higher down payment, but we didn’t have that amount. It was a Saturday and we knew they would probably be very busy and were concerned that being a Saturday there might be a lot of people looking at the Lambo. So my wife says, “I’ll drive down there and talk to him more in person so he sees we can figure this out and we are not giving up and we want this car!” So my wife goes down there I stay at work and it was a very rainy day and she shows up and Alex shows her the car, she sees the car for the first time and she was amazed that the car was more than perfect, Alex was very busy that day my wife said still attending her and 5 other customers being so helpful to everyone, one of those customers was there to also look at the car and was ready to buy it with no problem, Alex could of made a fast easy sale with that other customer but he told them and that the car is not for sale at the moment, intending that the car was on hold for us. He was not giving up on us and he wanted us to have our dream car! We hear back from Alex 2 days later and he gives us the BEST NEWS that we could have ever received! He got us approved with a down payment we could afford and said that we can pick up the Lambo!!! Alex and his team, everyone worked so hard getting us approved to get this car, Alex and all his awesome team made it happen made our dream come true they are and will always be the best!! From Wendy and Manny thank you guys for making this life experience that we will never forget and making us feel so special and so happy we couldn’t even sleep for the first week and still today cant believe its our car. Thank you thank you thank you !!!!!! All you guys!!!! They are beyond 100% genuine people you want to work with! THE BEST Customer Service...w/ THE BEST Inventory! I RARELY write reviews as there aren't enough hours in the day for me as it is...but Platinum Autohaus deserves my accolades as they have surpassed AN I RARELY write reviews as there aren't enough hours in the day for me as it is...but Platinum Autohaus deserves my accolades as they have surpassed ANY of my expectations! I go through cars every 2+ years. I currently have 2 vehicles: a BMW 6 series convertible and Range Rover Sport. I was in the market to upgrade my Rover and had seen an ad for a Range Rover Sport at Platinum Autohaus. I have NEVER purchased a car from a “used car” lot as I’ve only heard horror stories, but Platinum Autohaus IS NOT just another “used car lot.” I’ve been referring them to friends as a “boutique” car lot as you feel appreciated and respected as you do in a “boutique” hotel environment. I submitted my inquiry online, and Neil (the salesmen) immediately returned my call. He was super polite and informed me that the Rover I was interested in was currently being serviced and that he would touch base with me when the car would become available. That weekend I test drove over 10 Rovers at other dealerships and finally chose one that I had placed on hold at a major dealership. I was on my way to purchase that vehicle but decided to call Platinum Autohaus one last time informing them that I had one Rover on hold but wanted to see their particular Rover before I made a final decision. Neil was great and offered to bring their Rover back from service for me to see and test drive. I arrived at the dealership, Neil was GREAT! We test drove the Range Rover Sport, and then one more full-size Range Rover that I had seen on the Platinum Autohaus website. Finally, I decided on the full-size. Alex, the owner WAS AWESOME! He appraised my trade in, gave me a great trade-in quote, and then worked on getting my financing EXACTLY where I was comfortable with. He then proceeded on giving me a killer deal on a blackout trim and wheel package which he has delivered on as well. All in all, I am a former Galpin Jaguar (5 Jags in 10 years) and Land Rover customer who NEVER thought of buying from a “boutique” dealer like Platinum Autohaus. I will not only get my next vehicles with Alex and Neil, but I have already suggested them to numerous friends and colleagues. It’s great to do business with an auto dealer that approaches you with respect and customer service and doesn’t speak to you like you are an uneducated neanderthal who is purchasing his/her first vehicle. Best in the Business TLDR: I had a phenomenal experience purchasing a 2005 Porsche Carrera S, I highly recommend Platinum Autohaus. Kevin took care of me when it came to TLDR: I had a phenomenal experience purchasing a 2005 Porsche Carrera S, I highly recommend Platinum Autohaus. Kevin took care of me when it came to test driving different cars, Neil and Alex knocked it out of the park when it came to sales and financing. Zero pressure, awesome pricing. I like to trade in my car every year or two and get a new beauty to hoon around in. I've been to a ton of dealerships and test driven quite a few cars... In fact a month ago I had the pleasure of accompanying my dad to 7 different dealerships (in one day) while he test drove different cars in pursuit of his dream car. I have seen firsthand the disparity in customer service at the different types of dealerships. I began my search for a 997.1 C2S about a month ago and Platinum Autohaus immediately caught my eye. There were a handful of listings that fit my criteria however there were only a few that were being sold by dealerships with great reviews across multiple platforms. At the time the four venues I had available were: private party, CarMax, Phillips Auto, and Platinum Autohaus. While I love private party transactions I chose to go w/ a dealer for this transaction because I was planning on carrying over some debt from my BMW M235i trade in. Of the three dealerships Platinum Autohaus was the only one with what I considered a fair price - the other two dealers' prices were a bit high, around 20-25% higher in fact... Kevin took care of me as soon as I walked in the door. He is a true automotive enthusiast through and through. We traded stories of previous cars and relished in some of our shared experiences. I had planned on test driving two cars on the lot (2013 Porsche Boxster and 2005 Porsche Carrera S) and Kevin guessed that I would fall in love with the C2S based on the stories we traded... he was absolutely correct. The test drive is an important part about buying a sports car. Now I'm not advocating being an xxx on the streets but you need to have ample time and space to see if this car is the one you truly want. Platinum Autohaus is the king of the test drive experience, I truly believe they are the best. I had plenty of time to test out both cars on all different kinds of streets and turns as well as squeeze in a little bit of bumper to bumper action thanks to PCH traffic. Now I'm sure many can agree with this sentiment - I hate when a dealership pressures you into trying to buy a car after you test drive it. I like to take my time and sleep on my decisions, especially given the amount of money I am spending. When it came to pressure from the team to buy the car there was none at all. Neil understood completely that I would need to test drive other cars and decide if the C2S was "the one" before beginning to talk numbers. When I came back in a couple days later Neil and Alex made it happen, in fact they knocked it out of the park. Financing an "older car" is never easy, especially when you're rolling over debt from a previous purchase. Most traditional dealerships don't have access to the array of lenders that Platinum Autohaus does - perks of doing great business in the high end car business. These guys pulled some strings and got me a phenomenal deal, I know that other places would not have been able to pull this off. A big thank you to Kevin, Neil, Alex, and everyone else on the Platinum Autohaus team. The test drive, financing, and delivery of my car was phenomenal. The team detailed the car and had all of my minor requests taken care of. I got to drive home in my C2S a very happy man. In the next couple years when I am on the search for a new car Platinum Autohaus will be at the top of my list! More
