Glad to meet John Ball I went to "look" at the new 2015 Expedition. I had researched for months and had found the exact vehicle that I wanted on the internet and it was at I went to "look" at the new 2015 Expedition. I had researched for months and had found the exact vehicle that I wanted on the internet and it was at Plantation Ford. Upon my arrival, John Ball greeted me and asked if he could help me. I told John what I wanted to look at and he pulled it around the front for me to see. After a short test drive I decided to get the new Expedition. The one and only reason that I got the 2015 was due to the fact that John knew more about the truck than I did. He was able to answer all my questions about even the smallest details of the truck. He focused on the differences between the 2012 that I was trading and the 2015 and I was very impressed and signed on the dotted line. John represented Plantation Ford very well and I will gladly recommend John and Plantation Ford to any of my friends or family. More
