Showed me around and made me feel so comfortable. Then he asked me for a test drive next thing I know I’m driving home in my new van WOW. Thank you so much for making it easy no pressure. Jim was my salesman from day one and he followed up with me until I was able to come into the dealership. I explained my situation and told him what I could afford, and he put me in a brand new Fusion while maintaining my price range and requirements. I initially walked in trying to purchase a used vehicle but he let me know he could do much better for me and he did! Furthermore, I was able to get an amazing interest rate even though I was anticipating on having a way higher rate. I am very grateful for his diligent work and honesty. 5 stars :) More
