Not really pleased with this visit. I scheduled an appointment for 7:15 and arrived at 7:00 letting it be known that I'd be waiting there. At 9:19 after not hearing anything and my service checker saying nothing was started, I messaged my service rep. I got no answer and saw 10 minutes later that all of a sudden the checker was at the next to last phase. My key was finally brought to me at 10:00 with no explanation. 3 hours for just an oil change, when I had an appointment is ridiculous. More
