Upon having an appointment time, it still took over four hours to install a simple car battery. Not really pleased with this visit. I scheduled an appointment for 7:15 and arrived at 7:00 letting it be known that I'd be waiting there. I got no answer and saw 10 minutes later that all of a sudden the checker was at the next to last phase. My key was finally brought to me at 10:00 with no explanation. 3 hours for just an oil change, when I had an appointment is ridiculous. More
