Rental car lady needs training on being polite. I was offered a car rental, the lady helping me with the rental was very rude. She asked me for my license credit card and proof of insurance, I told I was offered a car rental, the lady helping me with the rental was very rude. She asked me for my license credit card and proof of insurance, I told her you have to get the insurance from the car. She then said to me “why don’t you said PLEASE get my insurance from the car” I just got up and left her office. I do not think I did anything wrong when I ask her to get the insurance from the car. I know you guys don’t let customers just walk into the garage where the car is being worked on. Is her job to get the insurance paper from my car. I think she was rude for demanding me to say please. The computer generated text messages are terrible . They text saying your car is ready. It never is. He asked the service guy about the part that is recommended by text. They tell you it’s going to be 30 minutes longer by text. I talk to the service guy he says no it’s ready it’s right in front. Get rid of the text message system and talk to people.
