To be clear on my last post as it was not stated, Jarred Meckly has been the only services representative who has been helping me from day one. It has come to the attention of how unfair this situation is, Meckly has been the only services representative who has been helping me from day one. It also sad that yes, the Services Manager has been informed since day one by Jarred, but it not helping me with the situation if Consumer Affairs Nissan North America is there to say and I quote “There is Nothing We can Do For You!” I brought the car as a used car and when was the battery was in the car where the record of the state of years on the battery is it on all your battery if that the case as a consumer, I would have taken note of the expiration date of the car battery and change it in the 3 years. Also let mention how it was funny on 5/14/21 when I when I to go see about the car you suggest for me to go see a used car Salesman and attempt to get me to purchase another used car in which it funny how you are aware that my car is worth $12,000 and the equity is $4,000 in which is the amount if the parts and labor you are trying to charge me to fix the warranty engine on the car and use the same co-signer to get the same deal on the new used car and go right back in $10,000 debt in which as I stated the car is also most paid off. It sad that I must go this approach to get justice for a hard-working essential worker who is only trying to get my car fix when the engine is still on warranty, but you are using the excuse of acid leak on a part to not help fix my car. So again, Nissan North America and Planet Nissan where do a I go and do!!!!!! More
