Heath was very aware of my potential concerns and documented them accurately to ensure a smooth and seamless process so that the mechanic could properly correct any issues that were seen or unseen. The approval/denial process was easy and I was able to speak with Heath about any questions I had about what was on the report. Once vehicle was ready for pick up I notified Heath I had several coupons in addition to my Veteran status and he was able to apply the appropriate codes to get me those discounts. He also made it a point to thank me for my military service. Overall the experience was much better than I had received in the past.
