Broke a piece of the dashboard off and someone stole my keychain. The wait to leave my car was a but much but not bad. But for me HAVING to go to take my car to get it changed is annoying. This rating hurts me more than it hurts them. I have been a loyal customer at Planet Nissan for 17 years and have never had issues like I had recently. This issue started the end of April, 2021 and cont been a loyal customer at Planet Nissan for 17 years and have never had issues like I had recently. This issue started the end of April, 2021 and continued through the end of June, 2021. My first visit was supposed to be corrected at the cost of $1240.41. A month later the issue resurfaced. That was addressed and a few days later the issue resurfaced a third time. This time I reached out to my son who contacted Nissan Corp. and a field tech was sent to get to the bottom of this problem. What is upsetting and causing alarm is if they had properly diagnosed my car in April, I would not have had to pay for parts that weren't a problem. Unfortunately the part that is needed was discontinued by Nissan Corp. Planet Nissan did not offer to help research the part I need. I asked if I found the part would they install it. The answer was NO. I asked for a refund for something I originally did not need. The answer was NO. Bottom line, my car is still broken and I was dismissed/fired by Planet Nissan. So much for loyalty. Shame on them. More
