I've been using Planet Nissan for my service needs since 2016. Up to now, I've been very satisfied with the service. This week I took my Maxima in for an oil change and tire rotation. I had a "free oil c 2016. Up to now, I've been very satisfied with the service. This week I took my Maxima in for an oil change and tire rotation. I had a "free oil change" coupon from the service advisor I dealt with in the past. Because that advisor no longer works at Planet Nissan, they refused to honor the coupon. after 2 hours I received a text seeming to indicated the service was completed... but no indication of the tire rotation. I went to inquire and found the tire rotation was not completed. So after another 30-40 minutes the service advisor came out with completed paperwork and I was able to pay and leave. A note on the paperwork: the "Multi-Point Inspection" report no longer details the condition of inspected components- such as tire tread depth and mm remaining on the brake pads... just indicates pass/fail. All in all, a subpar performance that did not meet my expectations. More

I dropped my vehicle off on Friday, July 23rd with my regular service person Jared. Jared provided me with the cost of repairs on Saturday, and notified me that he was going to be out of the office the regular service person Jared. Jared provided me with the cost of repairs on Saturday, and notified me that he was going to be out of the office the following week. Jared stated that Alex would follow-up with me, and provide status in his absence. I did not receive a status or any information on when my repair would be completed the entire week. On Friday, July 30th I called Alex and left a message on his voicemail. I never heard back from him so late that afternoon I called and asked for the service manager, which wasn't available, but did return my call later. He informed me that the parts for my vehicle arrived on yesterday, would be installed on Saturday, and should be ready for pickup on Monday. I expressed my dissatisfaction with their lack of communication, and he apologized, and said to makeup for such poor customer service he would have my vehicle detailed. I received a call from Alex on Monday, August 2nd letting me know that my vehicle was ready for pickup. Needless to say my vehicle had not been detailed or even just washed. I am so disappointed in Planet Nissan. More
