My truck was brought in on two different occasions each time it was miss diagnosed . I had to pay a deductible on my warranty. I was there for 3 hours just for an oil change. I was told might be a 2 hour wait Due to not enough mechanics…….. I was threat 8:30…. In March 2021 was about 2 hours but that included tire rotation a told might be a 2 hour wait Due to not enough mechanics…….. I was threat 8:30…. I live 20 miles away with no curtesy car assistant…… service was not a good experience this time…. :-( Alex was our service rep. Not listed in next category I don’t like to receive txts for updates…. What if my battery had drained. Or was just off….. service should tell the customer how or why it’s taking a bit longer….. More
