Not quite what I expected from cashier yesterday! Unfortunate that customer serivce is always the first to suffer even thou it should alway be the priority. I will not pay to be treated badly for services I'm being provided. I brought it to the attention of my service advisor and he made sure the service manager was made aware of the incident. I understand if someone is tired and overwork by the end of day but regardless rudness is not acceptable for customer service anywhere. In general I'm always happy with the friendly atmosphere and I hope this is my only experience of this kind there. I do appreciate the attention and concern for my grievance from both my serivce advisor and service manager. More

The young man who greeted me when I arrived was very polite and helpful. Our service advisor Keith was great! He was personable, knowledgeable and efficient.
