The reason you received a good and NOT Great: In the rest area where the cars are located, I was on my computer and one worker behind the desk started talking politics. That was a little disturbing, we are in a highly sensitive and hostile environment across the nation and to have a worker discussing politics in a loud voice, is unprofessional and unacceptable. On the flip side, this is an opportunity for personal development training on Customer Interaction Training or Customer Service Training. More

Had 10AM appt for an oil change & tire rotation. Was told it would take about 1 1/2 hours to complete. 3 hours later we finally drove out.
