Service was great and we were threated very kindly. They even gave us a rental since our car had to be kept longer than expected. Only small issue is the part that went bad on our car is on back order They even gave us a rental since our car had to be kept longer than expected. And I asked for a quote on an oil change then when I came back a week later to have it done, the price went up a little. More

Service Appt for recall item on Thursday, part promised on Monday. Why did they schedule appt for recall parts when parts were not available?? Told car would be completed by Tuesday and I didn't get the c on Monday. Why did they schedule appt for recall parts when parts were not available?? Told car would be completed by Tuesday and I didn't get the car back until Thursday afternoon. Communication was not good on status throughout service visit. I called twice and left message with service tech who did not return my calls. Car was dirty upon pickup (not acceptable). Overall service not up to acceptable standards. More
