You have great service and and Heath was an amazing service advisor, but I have been coming to this Nissan for a few years now and your mechanics are still slow on turnaround. I fully expect there to b service advisor, but I have been coming to this Nissan for a few years now and your mechanics are still slow on turnaround. I fully expect there to be a minimum of three hours wait time. However my car is always done the way I expect it to be and as I previously stated your service advisors are amazing especially Heath. this is my first time working with him and it moving forward he is the only provider I speak to use when I bring my car to the dealership. I’ll be honest I selfishly do not want to write a good review because I do not want to lose him as a service provider, however Heath is an amazing service advisor and if there are any promotional opportunities available I strongly recommend him for any promotions opportunities. He is a very nice and sociable person, and he is extremely diligent in keeping me advised with the progress of my car. More

Locked in purchase of a car that was coming in the following week, found I was overcharged by $2,000 based on the price listed on the car placard. When I asked to speak with a manager I was asked why I wanted to speak with them; the question was not in a nice nor professional tone and I have not received a call back from either of the messages I left. Stay away from this dealership they sold me a used car which i know is not under warranty but couple months i had the car all 4 tire sensors went out they refused to fix this.
