Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! It was OBVIOUS that what I brought my car in for, one of my censors were failing, was NEVER really looked at by serviceman. First Horrible! Horrible! It was OBVIOUS that what I brought my car in for, one of my censors were failing, was NEVER really looked at by serviceman. First let me back track, I brought my car in the night before to be serviced for a 7 am appointment with Jason Rodas, I immediately get a text message about the status of my car saying it was checked in. By noon the next day the status of my car still had not been updated. I called Jason a few times to get an update and it wasn't until I left a message for the service manager that I seen my car was being looked up, just for the service man to look at my car, take a picture of the Nissan logo and say the censor wouldn't be covered under my warranty because I hit something. I did what any good consumer would do and took my car to a different Nissan dealership in the valley, before I even was checked in my service advisor asked if I was getting the message I was receiving when it was hot because the heat hear can throw the censors off. I advised the advisor I get the message on my dash no matter the time of day when I drive my car, he took my car, had it looked at and of course found out the censor itself failed and it was not damaged which let me know absolutely NOTHING was done with my car by Planet Nissan. I will ABSOLUTELY not ever be returning to this dealership and I don't recommend anyone else to get serviced here either! More

Got an appt when I wanted/needed. My service advisor (Jason) was professional and respectful, as he has always been. It had been six months since my last visit and Jason remembered some specifics about that visit - like we brought our bicycles and went for a ride while they completed our service! More
