Car went in during June for an oil change. Nothing was mentioned about work needing done. This time when I take it in, I got a list of things needing attention that totaled about $2,000. I asked about why nothing was mentioned during my June visit, and the response I got from Alexander was that they were basically backed up in June and shorthanded. So then they didn't do their jobs when I brought it in in June? I've been driving a dangerous vehicle since then? It is either that they were negligent in June, or they are trying to rip me off now. There is no way my car has deteriorated that much in six months. I am very disappointed with this experience. Also, oil change package increased from $58 to $99!? What the heck. We also got a second opinion on the work needing done, and guess what? Not all of it was necessary. Shameful. More
I stayed and waited for my car the whole time and never got any updates at all from my rep. The lady at the desk called me up when it was done and that was it. As much as you charge for regular maintenance and service, you could at least have free water and show that the customer does matter. More
