Recently I purchased a Nissan Kicks from a non Nissan dealership. I brought my car to Planet Nissan for an overall safety check. Upon completion I was told their were no safety issues. Only recommendation was for a new set of front tires. A day later I noticed that when I put the car in reverse and apply the brakes I hear a groaning noise coming from the rear breaks, specifically the right passenger side. Due to my work schedule I can only schedule a return appointment on the weekends. Planet Nissans website doe not allow to set online appointments. I called the number provided, but for some reason no one picked up the phone after multiple attempts to call. What is upsetting is that I paid for a safety check $170.00 and what I believe to be an issue with the rear brakes was overlooked coupled with not being able to reach the service department to reschedule. More

Maverick Bodnar, Service Representative, was great to work with but that is as far as it goes. 2020 Murano started having a vibration issue about 1.5 years into our ownership. After four service appoint work with but that is as far as it goes. 2020 Murano started having a vibration issue about 1.5 years into our ownership. After four service appointments, first two appointments the dealership stated vibration was standard on the Murano thus did nothing more. On the third visit my wife insisted going out for a test drive in another Murano and then ours and Maverick agreed there was an issue. On the fourth visit the service departed found a missing bolt on the exhaust maniford support and stated not covered by warranty. (Stated someone must have been working on the exhause system?) Was charged $372.29 for a bolt to be installed that was missing which should have been covered. Very7 disappointed with Planet Nissan. More

The fastest turnaround service I experience through a dealership. I took my Nissan for a recall service and the work was fast. Jason took the time to explain to me all services that my car needed and fut dealership. I took my Nissan for a recall service and the work was fast. I am coming back, I usually have trepidations with dealerships, but this was a Pleasant experience. Heads up! am am just saying.. their coffee machine 1st grade. I am a coffee fiend and to see a machine of this caliber in the waiting area impress me. More
