Hi Richard. We are sorry that you did not have a good experience with us. I would like to point out that the dealerships do not set the MSRP of the vehicles. They are established by the manufacturer so if there was a $4000 discrepancy there must have been a difference in equipment. Also, I have attached a link to explain how automotive inquiries affect your credit rating.
