Took my 2020 Murano into the dealership due to a noise/vibration problem. After four visits to this dealership the service department found the Murano was missing a bolt on the exhaust manfold sys noise/vibration problem. After four visits to this dealership the service department found the Murano was missing a bolt on the exhaust manfold system. I was then informed that the missing bolt was not warranted as the bolt should have been there? So if the bolt should have been there why wasn't it? Mayber poor quality control or workmanship at the factory? Bad design? The reason does not matter but what does matter is the fact that Nissan does not stand behind their warranty. This is a new vehicle under warranty with under 19000 miles on it missing a bolt that was the fault of Nissan workmanship. Although we really like our Murano, I will never purchase another Nissan product due to not honoring warranties. I talked with Nissan Consumer services who also won't back up the $379 charge to replace the bolt. More
This dealership is embarrassing. First of all, they dont display prices on their website. Secondly, they are so lazy they dont want to set a price before they run your credit. They were really rude since the beginning I fix my car and they even had the courtesy to let me know what they did on the car. I asked for the warranty and the guy was pretty upset and he just didn’t expl and they even had the courtesy to let me know what they did on the car.
