Recent service experience was disappointing. Very unpleasant and difficult to work with. I've been bringing my Nissan in for service and repairs for quite sometime. My most recent service experience was so terrible. Not only will I not be coming back to Nissan for service and repairs, but I will not be trading in or upgrading my vehicle in January with Nissan. I will be going down the street to Centennial Toyota. My husband gets his truck serviced there and says the customer service experience is exceptional. We will both be buying from Toyota. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of friendly customer service at Nissan. Hopefully, for the sake of your other customers, the standard for customer service will be adjusted. More

I’m grateful to Ken my service advisor for the great customer service I received. I was given a good deal on my purchase of 4 new tires.
