I had an appointment for an oil change. However, what’s the purpose of taking the time to make an appointment when it takes 2 hrs for your vehicle to be ready. When I asked why it was going However, what’s the purpose of taking the time to make an appointment when it takes 2 hrs for your vehicle to be ready. When I asked why it was going to take 1.5-2 hrs for the oil change, the answer was because there’s a lot of other vehicles ahead of me. I understand if I was a walk-in, but I had an appointment and I still had to wait 2 hours. It’s extremely inconvenient and there’s no purpose to make an appointment. There are other locations that you can get your vehicle serviced within 30-45 min for oil change. More
