On Wednesday my Birthday at that I took my car for an oil change got there on time mind you and was immediately greeted with attitudes all from Men!!! Who gets upset or bent out of shape when a Beautiful Fun Nice woman comes into their establishment? I will never come back here and I will let my friends know this place has lost its touch and a customer!! I called today 12/16/23 to speak to someone about my experience; three hours go by I called back just to be told again the Manager is busy. The manager Alex calls me back with an attitude and already in defense! Alex what did I do to you?! NOTHING!!! (Centennial location) Customer Service in Vegas is horrible in itself but this place Wow!! Never Again!! You don't deserve any stars at all!! I use to give great reviews this is the first I had a bad experience and it will be the last I experience them!! More

We had done our homework on the internet before we stepped foot onto the lot at Planet Nissan. The pricing given at planet Nissan was very similar to what we had seen recommended on Kelley Blue book. Cryst My daughter and I went car shopping on Monday and were meet by Karl. He is a very friendly salesman who did not pressure us at all. He was happy to show us both new and certified used cars that we asked to see. We were able to test drive the cars we requested to with no problems. Karl helped us find the car that fit our needs and made sure our questions were answered throughout the entire process. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He handed us over to Gary in financing, and was still there to help us out to the car when we were all finished. Karl made our car-buying experience much more enjoyable than we had planned on. Gary in financing had All of our paperwork ready to go. When we went into his office. He was able to get us a lower percentage rate that we had originally been quoted, which was an added benefit. He explained things to us very well and helped us understand the things that we had questions about. There was a lot of signing, but he stepped us through absolutely everything. I couldn't have asked for anything better for a financing guy. We took the car in for a window tint. The gentleman who met us outside (he gave us his name, but I cannot recall it )was very friendly and helped us out right away. Angie was very helpful in explaining our tint choices. My only problem is that I have bubbles in the tint right now, and I'm not sure if that's just "part of the process" because no one explained it to me. We didn't notice the bubbles until we were driving home, then saw that they are in all of the windows. We will wait the 5 days that we're not allowed to open or close the windows and figure it out from there. It just would have been nice if someone would have mentioned it because I told them we had never taken a car in to have the windows tinted before. All in all, I would highly recommend planet Nissan. The entire experience from walking through the door to leaving the windows tinted was very positive. My daughter had never bought a car before, and now I feel like she has the understanding of how the experience should be. Thanks so much, especially to Karl for all your help! More
From the first time I spoke to Ruben I knew that he would direct me in the right direction to get my wife's Juke taken care of. He advised me who I needed to contact within the Firestone organization (Bridge direct me in the right direction to get my wife's Juke taken care of. He advised me who I needed to contact within the Firestone organization (Bridgestone), and have them take responsiblilty for what they did to my wife's vehicle, and they finally took care of it. Nissan as usual took care of us, and repaired the damages that Firestone did. Considering how long it took to get the vehicle ruuning again, it wasn't on Nissan, the holdup was on Bridgestones end with getting approval for Nissan to correct their (Firestones) mistake. Granted it took 2 months from the time the Juke was towed in until I/we drove out of Nissan with the vehicle. Again, all of this was on Bridgestone. More
