I will start out by saying the people I came in contact with were very nice. I will continue by saying that I felt cheated by Nissan's Service Center and it cost me over a couple of thousand dollars. with were very nice. I knew the brakes seemed like they were on the way out, and I knew we needed an oil change...so I brought the car in...they do the "full diagnostic" and discover that the brakes, air filter, and some engine part needed replacing...the cost was $3000...trusting that Nissan wouldn't screw me...I paid the $3000 - waited on the strut for the lift in the back and figured the SUV was as good as new. I go back to have the struts put in...mention the engine light - and they said they'd run a full diagnostic - which they said they did the week before with all OK's down the list...they find over $8000 of engine repair needed. Had this been done properly - and we had a second opinion, which said the engine damage had been there for weeks - we would have seen a bill for over $10,000 and got rid of the SUV...assuming it was only $3000 - cheaper than buying a new vehicle - we spent it, just to be screwed a week later with the REST of what was really wrong. I no longer trust NIssan services, and will not be bringing my new Nissan to this place - as honesty from the beginning would have meant I wouldn't have spent the $3000 and I would have put that towards the newer vehicle. More
