Do not buy from Planet Nissan Same 'ole run around at Planet. Terrible customer service. Under 10,000 miles and I have had to bring it in twice for a loud helicopter noise when I apply the brake. The first time I brought it in, hauled both babies across town 45 min both ways and had to rent a car because they couldn't say how long they would keep my car. Now I am back, for the same thing, paying for a babysitter and a rental because they didn't fix the problem I had when I first brought it in. There are a ton of other people here waiting. Doesn't look like they know how to take care of people. Next time I'll go with a different brand. Nissan? Do you care that Planet is making you look bad? More

Went in last night to look at a car I found on the internet that stated it was certified and the price of $1698, which is why I drove almost an hour to see it. When I arrived Robert stated that havin internet that stated it was certified and the price of $1698, which is why I drove almost an hour to see it. When I arrived Robert stated that having it certified was optional for an additional $995. I wanted to think about it so I left and went to look at another car elsewhere. Decided I wanted this car and went back to look at it again. I asked Robert if we could go over the pricing, so he came back after about 10 minutes with a print out and said this is the price, sorry. So he let me walk out without any negotiation, responsibility or cares. False advertising at its finest...I had the printout that said $16987 certified. Funny thing, it is now listed this morning at $17987 online...someone screwed up, but they should have honored the advertised price. I will not work with this dealership again...they lost a customer. No way to do business. More
The sales people lie and will not give you back your keys when they look at your vehicle for unless you threaten to call the police. Unfortunately someone from my family who was elderly did buy a used vehicl when they look at your vehicle for unless you threaten to call the police. Unfortunately someone from my family who was elderly did buy a used vehicle at this dealership and also purchased a protection package. While the service was performed the service people put a scratch in the front bumper and told my uncle not to report it to his insurance company because they would fix it at the dealership. Needless to say this promise was broken and my uncle also had his laptop computer go missing while the vehicle was being serviced. When he called the dealership to report the theft the service manager said they would get back to him but he had to call back several times before they just told him that it was on the form he signed "Not to leave anything of valve in your vehicle" and the dealership was not responsible for thefts. The dealership was more worried about responsibility than if they had a thief working for them servicing their customer's vehicles. So if you deal with these people after reading this review than you must like pain and to be ripped off. More

This is the only reason why I keep coming ba their Outstanding job and Exceptional Customer Service. Always goes above and beyond to help customers. This is the only reason why I keep coming back here. Finance Dept, Dealer ship ? One word: UNSATISFACTORY. Do you homework and take your business elsewhere. My family and I have purchase number of vehicles from this dealership and management and custormer service have gone to dump. Once they get you to buy a vehicle.. Good luck with getting any assistance when it comes to Admin from FINANCE DEPT Manger. they cant even answer the phone with properlly and assist your simple question over the phone. I will never buy another car from this place again or recommend it to my family and friends. More
I saw a sign that said "Nissan Rogue $18,988" from US95. I inquired about the Rogue. The first salesman told me that I would lose $1000 in "credits" toward the promotion since I wasn't trading from US95. I inquired about the Rogue. The first salesman told me that I would lose $1000 in "credits" toward the promotion since I wasn't trading my old vehicle. A second salesman was called apparently to deal with the difficult customer. I told the second salesman to show me the Rogue that was $18,988. He showed me two vehicles that he said were that price. I made an offer of $18,988. The salesman came back with a piece of paper to authorize a credit check as I was told that I had to use Nissan credit or lose some of the promotion. I signed the paper, thinking that they wouldn't run the credit check if they had not accepted my offer. I have excellent credit. The salesman then returned after checking my credit and informed me that I couldn't get it for that price because I wasn't a recent college graduate (-$600) and I didn't have a family member that worked for Nissan (-$1000). I walked over and looked at the sign that I had seen from the road and there was no fine print. The salesman tried to show me some newspaper advertisement that explained better than the sign that was visible from the road. They absolutely refused to sell me the car for the advertised price. After I got home, I was notified by Experian that Planet Nissan had checked my credit. The dealerchip should not check someones credit until they have accepted the offer. The dealership should not advertise a price and refuse to sell for that. More
I recently went to a local car dealership (Please-Nissan) in which I have previously leased a vehicle to lease another vehicle for my husband. Before doing so, I called Nissan Finance and spoke with a Rep. s in which I have previously leased a vehicle to lease another vehicle for my husband. Before doing so, I called Nissan Finance and spoke with a Rep. she informed me that I had an eligible VRU number available to me in order to lease the new vehicle. Upon obtaining the VRU Number, I took it to the dealership per the sales rep. (Art Reed) and was told that they could in fact use the number and so we went ahead with said deal. I picked the car, and signed the documents and received a phone call to pick up the car. Upon my arrival, I was approached by Mr. Reed who was very annoyed with me and he stated " the VRU Number that you gave me does not work so we cannot lease this car to you" I replied " you told me that you checked the number yourself and that we were all set. If you did not check the number, why then did you let me sign the lease and give you a down payment". I then called Nissan and they again confirmed that the VRU number was valid but I was still being told that it was no good for this lease. The salesman walked away from me as if I had done something wrong. I was told by Nissan and Mr. Reed personally that this number was in fact good. How is this my fault? You lied to ME not the other way around. It is not my fault that you did not do your due diligence and then turned around to lie to me and say that all was well. This place is insane. I should've known better then to go back here. The reason I came back is because it is so close to my house and that If I needed to take the car in it would be close and quick. The service dept. are nice but they did previously damage my car door on my 2010 Altima but they did fix the issue. Upon turning in that lease, I leased a 2013 Altima with they and the sales person was Kimo. Kimo was also nice until he leased me the car and then only two days later upon picking up the car from being tinted, he walked right passed me like he'd never seen my face. Mind you, I came there to see him and sign docs. for the old lease. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM AGAIN!!!! I have now leased a new car from a better dealership and very thankful that I did. Please beware of this dealership and the sales staff they are out for themselves and do not care about the client. I guess this is why they did not win the customer statisfaction award this year. Time for a new sales staff Planet-Nissan. More
Horrible experience! Save yourself the Hassle and go somewhere else. I previously rated this dealer as excellent until thier true colors began to show after the third day of purchasing a new car. Long s somewhere else. I previously rated this dealer as excellent until thier true colors began to show after the third day of purchasing a new car. Long story short they guaranteed me a "hard approval" whic in thier explanation meant the financing terms were set in stone. I had to cont them after 3 days and it went downhill from there. I was quoted a 16% increase in financing. Coming to find out they were making a $6000 profit on the sale of the vehicle. I contacted my bank for better loan terms than quoted and found that they wouldn't finanace it because the value far exceeded the MSRP. Then when I told the DOF that I wasn't pleased with the new rate the DOF attitude increasingly became more unprofessional and was told to bring the car back, then he hung up on me. He must have reviewed or ran my credit right before the call because he knew I had applied at another dealership and condescendingly wished me good luck. Every person I dealt with was dishonest. Their integrity and professionalism is left to be desired. If you have a plus credit then you may have a better experience. It seems like the less you know about car buying and those with less than stellar credit then the worse you get treated. More
DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! They are a bunch of greedy scammers who try top steal your money and give crappy service. To be honest I have about 20 separate incidents to tell about but I will make this short and sw who try top steal your money and give crappy service. To be honest I have about 20 separate incidents to tell about but I will make this short and sweet. They tried to increase the interest rate several times. And they have a terrible service and parts department. Just go south to Henderson Nissan if you want to visit a Nissan dealership!!!!!!! More
