I decided to at least test drive it I had some time to kill anyways. I drove the new coupe and I fell in love! Sal did such a great job with showing me all the features and options. He said "lets work out the numbers and see if they will fit in your budget. I was very surprised! Not only did I get a car I loved, but I also got a lower interest rate and they kept my payment the same! They didn't even run my credit because I bought my previous car there, they said I was preapproved! Which was a miracle because I just went through a shortsale on my house. Thank u Sal for my new car! More

Prior to coming to the lot to test drive the car, I exchanged several email correspondences with you. I wanted to make sure that the car was available for test drive and I also wanted to see if a particular Jeep was available as well, since they were both on the website. I was assured that both vehicles would be waiting for me when I arrived at the dealership. I left work 2 hours early and drove to Planet Nissan and asked for you when I arrived. I advised the salesman outside that you had already helped me. It was raining that day, and I was assured that you would be right out with the keys so I waited by the Equinox in light rain. About 10 minutes went by, and the same salesman came back out right as I was walking back to my car to get out of the rain. I was advised that the Equinox was not available for a test drive, because the fuel pump has gone out and it is not drivable. Very disappointed, I asked if I could at least see inside and test drive the Jeep since I had already made the 30 minute drive to see it. Nobody could find the keys to the Equinox, so I was unable to even see the interior and the windows were heavily tinted. The Jeep was also nowhere to be found. Apparently, it had sold days before and the internet had not been updated and you hadn’t actually checked to see that the vehicles were available for a test drive when you said you had. So I made the 1 hour drive through rush hour traffic back to the southwest side of town where I live and had accomplished nothing, other than standing in the rain and still never having met you, since the salesman said you were unwilling to come outside when I was there. As a member of the service industry I was appalled at the lack of consideration and service that I had received. The purchase of a vehicle is a frustrating and long process, and I hadn’t even been given the courtesy of a handshake from you after having taken the time to visit your business. The only thing anyone did to recover the situation, is the salesman took me to a fenced in lot in the back on his golf-cart so that I may look to see if anything had come in that I might like. I am now the proud owner of a fully loaded 2010 Mercury Mariner with leather, sunroof, and Microsoft sync. I had such a pleasant experience at Findlay Lincoln-Mercury. I felt taken care of from the second arrived until I drove off the lot in my new car. In my position, service is EVERYTHING, and I make, and will continue to make, the majority of my purchasing decisions based on the relationship that I have established with the company and the service and quality that they offer. I will not be using Planet Nissan, nor will I recommend the company to anyone that is searching for a new vehicle, so I would prefer that you please take me off of any marketing distribution to which you have added my name. I was quite disappointed at the terrible service that I received from you. Please use this scenario as a learning experience on what your customers’ expectations may be and how they would like to be treated. I am not looking for a reply or an apology. I just wanted to advise you of my service experience. More
I recently went to planet to get an oil change, jose was my service guy, when i got there he greeted me by name, was very pole and professional, as my service work was getting done, a young man by the name my service guy, when i got there he greeted me by name, was very pole and professional, as my service work was getting done, a young man by the name of robert approached me and asked of o wanted a cup of coffee, turns out he was a salesman, and wanted to know If I wanted to trade cars, I told him no as my finances weren't where I wanted them before buying, he said ok thank you for your time, which I thought was wierd, adger a few minutes I went to robert and asked him about the deals available... We looked at a couple of cars and I found a new one with a few more positions than I already had, so I agreed to look at some numbers, then came the closer, cliff.... He wasnt like the other car dealers I've worked with in the past he was fun energetic and very knowledgeable. They worked my deal to where I had no money down, a lower payment, and no payment for 90 days, these guys were so great to work with the whole team was amazing More
I went to Planet Nissan in November and when I arrived I was greeted by this really friendly woman named Gina. She smiled and welcomed me and then asked me if I wanted to go inside and get some coffee whil was greeted by this really friendly woman named Gina. She smiled and welcomed me and then asked me if I wanted to go inside and get some coffee while we talk about the vehicle I was interested in. I immediately had a good vibe about this place! I was not attacked when I drove on the lot, and also Gina actually listened to my concerns and then offered her advice based on what I wanted. I decided on a vehicle and then Gina introduced me to her coworker Kamren. Kamren and I went on to test drive the Altima, and I was impressed at how knowledgeable he was. He explained every feature and function about the vehicle from the engine to the trunk! (I have purchased 3 vehicles prior to this one, and never had a test drive like this one!) I am the type of person who needs to "sleep on it", and I do not liked to be pressured in buying the car before I am ready. I told Gina that I wanted to go look around and also get something to eat. She said that was fine and gave me her card. I went to another Dealership, and did not have even close to the same experience I had at Planet Nissan. WHen I walked in the man at the door asked my if I was ready to buy today, and if I needed my husband to make a decision all before we even sat down! (and I am not even married!) While, I was at the other place, I got a call from Gina thanking me for my time and to see if I had any questions. Extremely classy! I told her that I was on my back to get the Altima! Once, I came back she had informed me that Kamren had already had the car cleaned and gased up for me, and all that was left was to sign the papers. I went right into one of the offices where you do the paperwork with the Manager Mike May. He was so funny and helped make the process go by so much quicker. Before I left the dealer, Kamren even set up my first service appointment so I did not forget! Even after I bought the car, they called me to check up on me and also sent me a thank you card, thanking me for my purchase. I really felt that they appreciated me, and I was not just another "Sale". Thank you Gina, Kamren, Mike and the whole Planet nissan team for everything! More
I've taken my 2002 Nissan Altima to be serviced at Planet Nissan since they opened in 2003. I had about 180k on my vehicle, and as much as I loved my car, it was time for a new one. With everything thats h Nissan since they opened in 2003. I had about 180k on my vehicle, and as much as I loved my car, it was time for a new one. With everything thats happened in the last couple years, wanting a new car and getting a new car is two different things. I took my vehicle in for an oil change certainly not expecting to be able to leave with a new one. I figured with recent credit issues I would not qualify. Mandy, a lovely girl from the sales dept was getting coffee in the service lounge during my stay. I asked her a few questions about the goodies on the new Altima I knew my car did not have. All the while wondering while I was asking in the first place. Of course, the next question was "would you like to drive one". I promised her I was not able to buy a vehicle "right now", but she insisted and Im so glad she did. I loved the new Altima and all the changes they made. (like the 2-door coupe, heated seats.....) and before my oil change was finished I was already talking to George from the finance dept. filling out paperwork. I drove my brand new black 2 door coupe Altima off the lot before noon. I still cant believe I was eligible, AND I have a full warranty until 100k, with all of my services paid until 45k miles. I've always been impressed with the service dept. but now equally impressed with Sales. My daughter just bought a new Versa from Mandy and Avan. They both give exceptional service and they will have my business for life!!! Thanks Again. More
What is worse than Planet Nissan's North Las Vegas sales department? Thier Service Department is!!!! When we were looking for a Nissan to buy we went to planet nissan near our home. The sales team was cu department? Thier Service Department is!!!! When we were looking for a Nissan to buy we went to planet nissan near our home. The sales team was cussing in front of my 5 year old daughter; that upset us so much we left and refused to talk to anyone that approached us. We bought from Nissan in Henderson that day. THEN we have to use the North Las Vegas location for service because it 45minutes closer. Does anyone know of a closer Nissan dealership? They have had my Armada 5 times for over 30days for the approx 6months I have had the vehicle. Most of the time they don't have parts and have to schedule and apptment for evaluation and then a second appointment for the repair. Except most recenetly they had our Armada 4 times in a 45 day period and the widow still doesnt work. I post this so that people can man an informed choice on which dealership to use. More
If anyone is looking for a salesman who is exceptional, then they want to ask for Jesse Quintero. He was very pleasant, positive, understood my needs and most of all not pushy when it came to making the sa then they want to ask for Jesse Quintero. He was very pleasant, positive, understood my needs and most of all not pushy when it came to making the sale. What can I do to get your business today? He asked, I told him, he gave me what I wanted and I bought a car on the spot. I felt like he had my best interests in mind and never tried to 'over-sell' me. Jesse is probably one of the reasons why Planet Nissan in Centennial Hills is rated so highly in the country! More
Upper steering column assembly failed in my 2006 Nissan Frontier. Only had 26,000 miles and the steering just stopped working right. It would barely turn sometimes and luckily, we were not on the freeway Frontier. Only had 26,000 miles and the steering just stopped working right. It would barely turn sometimes and luckily, we were not on the freeway when this happened. Went in to Planet to have them check it out. Had tried United and Desert and both were lousy; always had to return to get something adjusted or fixed after they serviced my car. Anyway, they came up with the normal BS about getting the brake fluid "flushed" prior to finally writing up my problem. A few hours later, Jack called and gave me the bad news about the steering column assembly and the price; over $800.00 for a part that should last much longer on a vehicle. Despite my research that showed that this has been a frequent problem with Nissan trucks, Planet Nissan refused to acknowledge this. What is equally galling is listening to service advisors attempt to soothe your pain by promising to "look and see" if there are any special discounts available for the repair work being done. To add insult to injury, someone at the dealership stole my quarters from he center console - emptied it completely! It was full and had about $20-25 of quarters! Nissan has gone down in quality and their dealerships have gone down further! Seriously, this is not a joke. They are worse than some of the crooks at Purrfect Auto and other detestable repair shops! I am through with them! More
Back in 2005 my wife and I purchased a brand new Nissan Altima from Planet Nissan of Las Vegas. Since then, we have had all of our services performed at this dealership. Up until about a year ago we were n Altima from Planet Nissan of Las Vegas. Since then, we have had all of our services performed at this dealership. Up until about a year ago we were nothing short of being completely satisfied. Within the past year we have had three horrible experiences. The first was when they tried to tell us that our brakes were ready to be changed. They even wrote the thickness readings down on the service report. Now, I am by no means a master mechanic but I am certainly capable of sparing myself some automotive repair expenses. A friend of mine, being a former auto mechanic agreed to lend me a hand so that my wife could get on the road as quickly as possible. I went to the local Pep boys and purchased both front and rear pads. When we pulled of the tires and calipers my friend began to laugh. As I stared down at my existing pads still having more than 50% wear left on them I felt very angry. I chalked it up as strike one for Planet Nissan. The second time within the year we again came due for an oil change so we took the car in. We were called a couple of hours later that we had two cracked engine mounts. I responded "really......which ones?" The service writer informed of the ones being cracked and I became extremely angry due to the fact that less than 22 months prior I had those same mounts changed out. What were they trying to pull? His response to me was, " well they are covered under you warranty" I then knew that they were trying to gouge Nissan for unnecessary repairs. I told them that my warranty still requires me to pay a deductible and I would pick up the car and have them checked out by another shop. I explained that I felt I had been lied to, and was being screwed. I asked the service writer, who was recently hired to run the service department? He was nothing more than a common crook. They called me back a little while later saying that the work was being "good willed" Unfortunately to this day I am not sure if any work was even done at all. Strike two. Just this past month, we again returned to Planet Nissan for routine service, along with an idle problem. I made a smart comment to the service writer that I did not want to be called at home regarding any motor mounts. I swear I must be flagged in the computer because 3.5 hours later I was called at home and told we must have hit something while driving. Our oil pan had been damaged. They said that it was pushed up into the oil pickup tube and that we were starving the engine of oil. Now mind you, we had no check engine light, no oil pressure problems, and no codes coming up on the diagnostic computer. I immediately responded with "what did you do to my car?" Neither my wife, nor myself hit anything. The car has been babied since day one. I also check periodically under the chassis to check for any obvious problems. Never had I seen a damaged oil pan. The service writer informed me that it would be over $400 dollars for repairs. I told him no....We did not damage the vehicle. I accused the mechanic of either making a mistake and lowering my car onto something or flat out deliberately damaging the pan, and I would be down to pick it up. When picking it up the car, it stalled twice in the lot and ran worse than when it was dropped off. I was told it was not safe to drive and they would not go any further diagnosing the problem until I paid for the oil pan. Long story short, I drove the car to United Nissan and had them them check it out. THEY CONFIRMED THAT THE DAMAGE MOST DEFFINATLEY LOOKED LKE IT HAD HAPPENED IN A SHOP AND NOT OUT ON THE ROAD, but t they could never prove it. They charged me $300 for repairs and I had a hard lesson learned to never return back to Planet Nissan. Strike three. Beware of this service department. There tactics have definitely changed for the worse within this past year. I would expect such tactics from a small shop, but definitely not from a certified dealership. More
I bought a used car from this dealership and I was told a couple of things would be fixed on the car before I bought it. They said that if I got the extended warrenty they would fix the problem after 30 days couple of things would be fixed on the car before I bought it.
