I went 2 times same week. My battery wasn't working and it's under warranty Firts time they told me it was still good. I spent 3 hrs waiting for their answer. The next day T My battery wasn't working and it's under warranty Firts time they told me it was still good. I spent 3 hrs waiting for their answer. The next day THE BATTERY was dead again and when I went they told me it was bad. I spent 8 hrs that day. They gave the stupid excuse that they had to wait for the insurance approval to replace it.
