100K Service with spark plug replacement I needed a 100K mile service for a 2010 Nissan Murano and spark plug replacement that was recommended to me in my last service by my long time service I needed a 100K mile service for a 2010 Nissan Murano and spark plug replacement that was recommended to me in my last service by my long time service advisor Ken. Ken was able to get me in at the time I wanted and clearly explain the services to be provided. After the initial multipoint inspection he provided me another list of things that needed to be completed, but Ken was sensitive to the upfront cost of my current service and there was no sales pressure or fake advice to get the other items accomplished “right away” that I really appreciated. I have had many positive experiences with this dealership and my service advisor. More
