As a teenager I was super nervous to get my first car, but when I step Cliff Nauenburg and Gary VanNess went above and beyond for me at Planet Nissan. As a teenager I was super nervous to get my first car, but when I stepped into Cliff's office I knew that he was going to whatever he could to get me a great deal on a car. My parents and I sat in his office and watched him carefully crunch numbers and find the car that would best suit me and what I wanted. My number one request was for my car to have bluetooth. I also wanted it to have cruise control and be automatic since I cant drive a manual. Cliff didn't just get me a car with bluetooth. He got me a used car practically brand new only about 8,600 miles on it, a back up camera, an economy and sports mode, and the car looked totally brand new. We couldn't even tell that it had been used. Gary took us out to the car and I couldn't believe it. This car is the most beautiful blue I've ever seen. After test driving it, I knew it was the one for me. We sat back down in Cliff's office and after a bunch of number crunching he got me a great deal on it. I highly recommend Planet Nissan they are so nice and friendly. More

Very bad I have purchased three different vehicles from there and just recently I bought a 2017 Nissan Rogue and the salesman that helped me an I agreed to hav I have purchased three different vehicles from there and just recently I bought a 2017 Nissan Rogue and the salesman that helped me an I agreed to have them pay for Registration two weeks later I go pick up the green slip and I was told that I had to pay for it all of a sudden every on e from finance to sales forgot that we had an agreement for them to pay for Registration not me so because the contract was already signed I have no say so pretty much I'm screwed out of 460 dollars because my initial salesman went home and the guy that closed the Deal re structured the entire deal without me knowing about the changes More

Service Disappointment. Over the course of two weeks, my grandmother has been treated horribly by the staff of this establishment. To start, on August 2, 2016, my grandmot Over the course of two weeks, my grandmother has been treated horribly by the staff of this establishment. To start, on August 2, 2016, my grandmother had to take her 2015 Nissan Juke into the repair shop due to the engine stopping while she was driving. The man who helped her was named Andrew Brack (who didn't even say 'hello' or 'how can I help you today?') . Andrew looked at the car, told her "he can't do anything about it" even though he was supposed to be the one to fix the car. He said he was "unauthorized" to touch the car until Nissan Motors approves of it. The least he could do was tell another employee or the manager about the situation, but he did not. Also, when she received the car back after it's oil change, oil had splashed on the windshield and the people responsible did not clean it up. There are oil spots on the windshield of the car now and we don't want to make it worse by trying to clean it ourselves. Today, on August 8th of 2016, she had to come back in today to get the car fixed once again after making an appointment for 8:00 A.M., and I was with her today. We were helped by a man named Heath. Heath had told us to drop the car off and they would call us when it was done. After a few hours of no call, my grandmother called Planet Nissan at 3:15 P.M. to no answer. She called again, and another employee who failed to reveal his/herself over the phone answered. She asked them if they could get Heath on the phone, and they replied "Whatever" and hung up on my grandmother mid-call. A final call was made today at 5:15 P.M. to which Heath answered. He said, "When we put your car into our computer, it shut down and we were offline." This means that if we didn't call, THEY DIDN'T WORK ON THE CAR AT ALL. It is with great displeasure that this dealership gets the rating it deserves and lower because of this horrible service. This review is also going to be printed out and showed to the General Manager tomorrow as a complaint for the incompetence of this dealership's employees. More
He hung up on me I traded in my car at this dealership in November of 2015. If I don't pay within the month, then I will have warrants for a car I haven't owned for more than half a year. When I called Chad to find out how this could have happened he said it wasn't their fault and that I just need to appeal it with the court and work out the mistake with the DMV. He took no responsibility on the part of the dealership and was completely apologetic. Obviously I was upset at this unexpected reaction from the sales manager of a company from which I have recently made a $25,000+ purchase and when I told him that I saw as surprised by his response he said, "mam, I'm not going to argue with you" and then hung up. Very unprofessional behavior, and although I have purchased 2 cars from this location, I will NEVER go again, nor will I recommend this location to any friends or family. They made a mistake with registration and could not be bothered with the fact that a once loyal customer now has to bare the burden of their error. More
