My Favorite Dealership Chris in service and Lee in sales are my 2 favorite people at Planet Nissan. They both make the experience less stressful than it usually is. I've had unpleasant experiences in the past at this dealership but these 2 guys keep me coming back to this dealer and keep me sending my friends and family there. Most salesmen come across as arrogant, pushy and liars. Lee doesn't do that at all. He makes me feel like he cares, he's concerned and wants you to be happy with your decision. Some service people come across as liars and try to sell you stuff you don't really need and rip you off. Chris doesn't do that at all. He makes me feel like I can trust him and his opinion on things that you need and don't need. I trust both of these guys with the recommendations and advice they provide. I highly recommend them both. If they leave I will hunt them down and continue my business with them. :) More

Really an overall good experience. After setting up an appt. with a sales person he was 40 minutes late, I think he is new.
