Ken was able to get me in at the time I wanted and clearly explain the services to be provided. After the initial multipoint inspection he provided me another list of things that needed to be completed, but Ken was sensitive to the upfront cost of my current service and there was no sales pressure or fake advice to get the other items accomplished “right away” that I really appreciated. I have had many positive experiences with this dealership and my service advisor. More

Estimate time was 4 hours and the job was finished before 3 1/2 hours. The price was reasonable since I got a discount on the total service performed. The car wash was included at no charge. I feel comfortable and confident when I bring my Altima for service at this facility. The customer and maintenance service is excellent. I get my money's worth. I am retired and spent over 45 years in the customer service field. Tony Thomas, the service rep took very good care of me. When I return for maintenance again, I will see Tony. More

The reason I gave only 4 stars is because John stated that I would have unlimited car washes and unlimited oil changes for as long as I had the car. Turned out not to be true. He also said I would have bumper to bumper coverage even transmission fluid changes Not true!! I am not calling John a liar, maybe he needs better training???? Other than that, I feel I received a good deal on the car and the finance manager was very nice. More
