I recently went to a local car dealership (Please-Nissan) in which I have previously leased a vehicle to lease another vehicle for my husband. Before doing so, I called Nissan Finance and spoke with a Rep. s in which I have previously leased a vehicle to lease another vehicle for my husband. Before doing so, I called Nissan Finance and spoke with a Rep. she informed me that I had an eligible VRU number available to me in order to lease the new vehicle. Upon obtaining the VRU Number, I took it to the dealership per the sales rep. (Art Reed) and was told that they could in fact use the number and so we went ahead with said deal. I picked the car, and signed the documents and received a phone call to pick up the car. Upon my arrival, I was approached by Mr. Reed who was very annoyed with me and he stated " the VRU Number that you gave me does not work so we cannot lease this car to you" I replied " you told me that you checked the number yourself and that we were all set. If you did not check the number, why then did you let me sign the lease and give you a down payment". I then called Nissan and they again confirmed that the VRU number was valid but I was still being told that it was no good for this lease. The salesman walked away from me as if I had done something wrong. I was told by Nissan and Mr. Reed personally that this number was in fact good. How is this my fault? You lied to ME not the other way around. It is not my fault that you did not do your due diligence and then turned around to lie to me and say that all was well. This place is insane. I should've known better then to go back here. The reason I came back is because it is so close to my house and that If I needed to take the car in it would be close and quick. The service dept. are nice but they did previously damage my car door on my 2010 Altima but they did fix the issue. Upon turning in that lease, I leased a 2013 Altima with they and the sales person was Kimo. Kimo was also nice until he leased me the car and then only two days later upon picking up the car from being tinted, he walked right passed me like he'd never seen my face. Mind you, I came there to see him and sign docs. for the old lease. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM AGAIN!!!! I have now leased a new car from a better dealership and very thankful that I did. Please beware of this dealership and the sales staff they are out for themselves and do not care about the client. I guess this is why they did not win the customer statisfaction award this year. Time for a new sales staff Planet-Nissan. More
Horrible experience! Save yourself the Hassle and go somewhere else. I previously rated this dealer as excellent until thier true colors began to show after the third day of purchasing a new car. Long s somewhere else. I previously rated this dealer as excellent until thier true colors began to show after the third day of purchasing a new car. Long story short they guaranteed me a "hard approval" whic in thier explanation meant the financing terms were set in stone. I had to cont them after 3 days and it went downhill from there. I was quoted a 16% increase in financing. Coming to find out they were making a $6000 profit on the sale of the vehicle. I contacted my bank for better loan terms than quoted and found that they wouldn't finanace it because the value far exceeded the MSRP. Then when I told the DOF that I wasn't pleased with the new rate the DOF attitude increasingly became more unprofessional and was told to bring the car back, then he hung up on me. He must have reviewed or ran my credit right before the call because he knew I had applied at another dealership and condescendingly wished me good luck. Every person I dealt with was dishonest. Their integrity and professionalism is left to be desired. If you have a plus credit then you may have a better experience. It seems like the less you know about car buying and those with less than stellar credit then the worse you get treated. More
DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! They are a bunch of greedy scammers who try top steal your money and give crappy service. To be honest I have about 20 separate incidents to tell about but I will make this short and sw who try top steal your money and give crappy service. To be honest I have about 20 separate incidents to tell about but I will make this short and sweet. They tried to increase the interest rate several times. And they have a terrible service and parts department. Just go south to Henderson Nissan if you want to visit a Nissan dealership!!!!!!! More
Wanted to buy a new Altima so I tried planet. Got a major run around from all members of sales division. The day I decided to buy a car I called sales associate Victor Perez and asked what we could do major run around from all members of sales division. The day I decided to buy a car I called sales associate Victor Perez and asked what we could do. He told me he would call me back. Within minutes I received a call and it was the general sales manager of planet. He began by telling me my offer was obscene, then told me to go f' myself, said god bless then hung up. I ended up buying a car that day, just not from planet Nissan. Later that night I got call from planet's sales associate Victor Perez. He was adamant about letting me know that sales were ending soon and "he would like to earn my business". I let Victor know the damage was done when he had his general sales manager call me. I let him know that I had purchased the vehicle I wanted from another dealer, and they would never be able to earn my business. More

I decided to at least test drive it I had some time to kill anyways. I drove the new coupe and I fell in love! Sal did such a great job with showing me all the features and options. He said "lets work out the numbers and see if they will fit in your budget. I was very surprised! Not only did I get a car I loved, but I also got a lower interest rate and they kept my payment the same! They didn't even run my credit because I bought my previous car there, they said I was preapproved! Which was a miracle because I just went through a shortsale on my house. Thank u Sal for my new car! More
The letter that I wrote to the internet sales manager: The letter that I wrote to the internet sales manager: Dear Patricia Davila, I recently contacted you regarding a Chevy Equinox that I was The letter that I wrote to the internet sales manager: Dear Patricia Davila, I recently contacted you regarding a Chevy Equinox that I was very interested in test driving. Prior to coming to the lot to test drive the car, I exchanged several email correspondences with you. I wanted to make sure that the car was available for test drive and I also wanted to see if a particular Jeep was available as well, since they were both on the website. I was assured that both vehicles would be waiting for me when I arrived at the dealership. I left work 2 hours early and drove to Planet Nissan and asked for you when I arrived. I advised the salesman outside that you had already helped me. It was raining that day, and I was assured that you would be right out with the keys so I waited by the Equinox in light rain. About 10 minutes went by, and the same salesman came back out right as I was walking back to my car to get out of the rain. I was advised that the Equinox was not available for a test drive, because the fuel pump has gone out and it is not drivable. Very disappointed, I asked if I could at least see inside and test drive the Jeep since I had already made the 30 minute drive to see it. Nobody could find the keys to the Equinox, so I was unable to even see the interior and the windows were heavily tinted. The Jeep was also nowhere to be found. Apparently, it had sold days before and the internet had not been updated and you hadn’t actually checked to see that the vehicles were available for a test drive when you said you had. So I made the 1 hour drive through rush hour traffic back to the southwest side of town where I live and had accomplished nothing, other than standing in the rain and still never having met you, since the salesman said you were unwilling to come outside when I was there. As a member of the service industry I was appalled at the lack of consideration and service that I had received. The purchase of a vehicle is a frustrating and long process, and I hadn’t even been given the courtesy of a handshake from you after having taken the time to visit your business. The only thing anyone did to recover the situation, is the salesman took me to a fenced in lot in the back on his golf-cart so that I may look to see if anything had come in that I might like. I am now the proud owner of a fully loaded 2010 Mercury Mariner with leather, sunroof, and Microsoft sync. I had such a pleasant experience at Findlay Lincoln-Mercury. I felt taken care of from the second arrived until I drove off the lot in my new car. In my position, service is EVERYTHING, and I make, and will continue to make, the majority of my purchasing decisions based on the relationship that I have established with the company and the service and quality that they offer. I will not be using Planet Nissan, nor will I recommend the company to anyone that is searching for a new vehicle, so I would prefer that you please take me off of any marketing distribution to which you have added my name. I was quite disappointed at the terrible service that I received from you. Please use this scenario as a learning experience on what your customers’ expectations may be and how they would like to be treated. I am not looking for a reply or an apology. I just wanted to advise you of my service experience. More
