Rental car lady needs training on being polite. I was offered a car rental, the lady helping me with the rental was very rude. She asked me for my license credit card and proof of insurance, I told I was offered a car rental, the lady helping me with the rental was very rude. She asked me for my license credit card and proof of insurance, I told her you have to get the insurance from the car. She then said to me “why don’t you said PLEASE get my insurance from the car” I just got up and left her office. I do not think I did anything wrong when I ask her to get the insurance from the car. I know you guys don’t let customers just walk into the garage where the car is being worked on. Is her job to get the insurance paper from my car. I think she was rude for demanding me to say please. The computer generated text messages are terrible . They text saying your car is ready. It never is. He asked the service guy about the part that is recommended by text.
