My car had to be tolled because I was never given a lock wrench for my tire during the sale. The car arrived at Nissan around 8 am. I called to speak with Tim about the quote and I was sent to voicemail. I signed the quote and called Davit back to find out when I can pick up the car. My salesman told me to pick the car up around 4:30pm. Worse customer service ever. A simple tire replacement should never take over 8 hours to handle. Not to mention the bill was more than the quote and I had to show Tim the quote before he made adjustments to the bill. More

service appointment oil change IN FOR ROUTINE OIL CHANGE SERVICE. IT WAS ACCOMPLISHED EXCELLENTLY, HOWEVER, THEY FOUND A LEAK IN THE BATTERY AND REPLACED IT, WHICH WAS COVERED BY T IN FOR ROUTINE OIL CHANGE SERVICE. IT WAS ACCOMPLISHED EXCELLENTLY, HOWEVER, THEY FOUND A LEAK IN THE BATTERY AND REPLACED IT, WHICH WAS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY. FINDING THIS POTENTIAL BIG PROBLEM WAS HUGE. A FANTASTIC AND SUPERIOR JOB BY THE SERVICE DEPT!!!!!!! More
