The professionalism of my Service Manager was great and car I was not satisfied with the car wash with my tires still being grimy. However, even at 0% interest, my 2016 Rogue did not hold it's value. I rely on my equity after 3 years in my vehicle as my down payment on a new vehicle. Because i had no equity in my 2016 Rogue, I could not do the deal on the new Frontier I wanted. James and Davit then explained to me the benefits of Nissan's Certified Pre-Owned program. I ended up buying a 2019 Certified Pre-Owned Rogue. If it wasn't for this program, I would have decided not to buy another vehicle at this time. The only problem I had was that after agreeing on a price for the Certified Pre-Owned Rogue, George in the finance department informed me I had to pay an extra $900 for it being a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. Someone came out anyway to greet me and tell me what the process was. Before I knew it I was being written up, I was informed what they were going to do and the approximate time I would be done.
