My wife and I were treated fairly well. We only had one complaint, we were only given one key after paying cash for our truck. As we were leaving the dealership we ask Blake for a second key, he told ther complaint, we were only given one key after paying cash for our truck. As we were leaving the dealership we ask Blake for a second key, he told there was no second key. We never realized it would cost us an arm and a leg to have a second key made. My wife and I have purchased new and used vehicles in the past and have always been give at least two sets of keys. We got the feeling as we had already closed the deal no one wanted to put an effort to find the second set of keys for our vehicle. More

Due to an appointment I had I asked for a rental just Incase my car wasn’t ready and I was told that wasn’t an option. To cut to the point, the electrical issues never got fixed, matter of fact it got worst. I took the car in and Zach took care of the issues despite some delay in the parts he was exceptional with his customer service! He went above and beyond, after waiting for a few days for the part he gave me a rental to take the car for the day to have it fixed. Honestly I’ve been a Nissan customers for years, I switch my card every 2 years and I tell you, I’ve never seen this kinda service here. More

Mike Hill worked with me like no other salesperson ever has. He knew what he wanted and he made sure he got us everything, and if he could not, he was honest and upfront all the way. The finance specialist (sorry, I forgot his name, but he was AWESOME and in need of a raise!!)was incredible and helped us to choose the best, and least expensive packages for care, including gap coverage, in case of an accident. It was a great experience. More
