Exceptional! Car wouldn't start after a car wash, and got it jump started by another shop next door where they informed me that I not only needed a new battery, but also an alternator and is was going to got it jump started by another shop next door where they informed me that I not only needed a new battery, but also an alternator and is was going to cost me over $1000. Called my service advisor, Jarret at Planet Nissan and he told me my car was still under warranty, and that Nissan would tow it over to them to take a look and have it replaced. Turns out, I didnt need an alternator, this other shop was just trying to sell me something I didnt need or really didnt do a proper diagnostic. Service was quick, friendly and professional. I'll only trust my car to Plannet Nissan from now on! More
