Planet Nissan

Service department did not perform the inspection I asked for (my car was diagnosed at another shop and still under warranty so I took it to the dealer). I asked the to check the piston rings as that was the for (my car was diagnosed at another shop and still under warranty so I took it to the dealer). I asked the to check the piston rings as that was the problem (they were I stalked improperly and caused sludge in my engine). Those weren’t checked. I was told I would need an entire new engine unless I could provide the receipts for my oil changes for the last four years. Naturally I do not have all of those. Thus, my warranty would not cover my engine problems (which were not even looked at by the dealership) and now I’m stuck with a car that puffs out smoke and burns oil even after oil changes. I will NEVER purchase a Nissan again, nor suggest my friends and family ever visit Planet Nissan. Additionally, the service person who assisted me was short and rude when I asked why those things had not been checked. He just shrugged and said it wasn’t on the report and seemed bothered by my push back. More
