I am familiar with the interior filter and the importance of its replacement for clean air. Thank you for taking care of my car and the updates. I did buy the 3 in 1 pkg for the oil change. Everyone was very professional and pleasant. I was also happy that my car came in for the recall earlier because I was very uncomfortable when the car braked to a stop at the airport garage coming close to an accident behind me twice. I came twice asking why it happened and was told that it was normal just switch off the safety. Hard to switch while driving. I was in on Saturday feb the 8th for an oil change, made an appt for 10:30 which I was on time, I saw people come in after me and leaving before me, , I was there 3 hours for a simple oil change, not very h an appt for 10:30 which I was on time, I saw people come in after me and leaving before me, , I was there 3 hours for a simple oil change, not very happy, Ken had to go and point out my car for them to work , they did oil change in 19 mins after 3 hours of waiting , I still have one more prepaid oil change, after that I’m done with this dealership !
