Routine Service and a New Battery I received a post card from Nissan indicating I might be due for a new battery. I took my 2015 Nissan Rogue to Planet Nissan for service and was told I received a post card from Nissan indicating I might be due for a new battery. I took my 2015 Nissan Rogue to Planet Nissan for service and was told they would test the battery to determine if it was necessary to replace it. Because the battery was starting to leak acid, I agreed to have it replaced. I am very pleased with the attention to detail and the appropriate pricing for this service. More

The only reason I listed 4 stars is because I got bumper to bumper coverage when I purchased my car at this location. It didn't show correctly once arriving I was displeased because I also needed a realign to bumper coverage when I purchased my car at this location. It didn't show correctly once arriving I was displeased because I also needed a realignment. Tim told me that it wouldn't be covered regardless of the bumper to bumper coverage. When I had the same coverage with Chevrolet it literally covered bumper to bumper. I expected it to be the same with Nissan. I feel like it was a total waste to buy the higher plan if it wasn't truly bumper to bumper. I understand it's not Tim's fault so I still have him a good rating. I also listed Benjamin the man who cleaned and brought me my car for his friendly service. More
