I want to start off by saying you guys have the WORST service Department I’ve ever had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with. After several visits to your service department, after my car wou service Department I’ve ever had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with. After several visits to your service department, after my car would shut off randomly, randomly display low oil pressure warning, among other mechanical issues(and being consistently told there was no mechanical issues) , on a brand new Nissan Sentra purchased from you guys, The car unexpectedly catches on fire after parking it’s one night before it’s second anniversary. This despite the fact that the car was always maintain always had new oil, tires,brake pads/fluids etc. to make matters worse, the Gap Insurance didn’t even bother to cover the remainder of the loan and left roughy $2500 for me to deal with. 0/10 would never recommend ANYONE visit Planet Nissan. More

Was really happy with my service. Pulled up and was happy to be checked in really fast and didn't have to wait too long for the oil change. 2 hours for an oil change is not acceptable, and please fix your online scheduling times... I made my appointment for 5 pm and when I arrived 15 minutes early, they tell me that the last oil change was to fix your online scheduling times...
